Accessibility Statement

We want everyone who visits aivantedge.com to be able to read it, use it, and reach us. This page explains where the site stands today and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

Our commitment

AiVantEdge is a small, veteran-owned business in Miami, and we build and maintain this site ourselves. We want it to work for people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, need larger text, or are sensitive to motion. We treat accessibility as part of doing the job right, not an add-on. If something on this site does not work for you, we want to hear about it, we will work to fix it, and if it is in a part of the site we do not control we will get you what you need another way.

Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG is the widely used standard for making websites usable by people with disabilities.

To be clear about what that means: Level AA is the target we design and test against on every release. It is not a certification, and no outside body has audited or certified this site. Where we know we fall short, we say so below.

What we do to get there

These are the practical steps built into how we make and maintain the site:

  • Pages are built with proper headings, landmarks, and labels so a screen reader can announce where you are and let you jump between sections.
  • Everything you can do with a mouse you can also do with a keyboard, including menus, forms, and interactive tools like the profit leak calculator, except the third-party pieces listed under Known limitations.
  • When you tab through a page, the element you are on is clearly outlined so you never lose your place.
  • Text and background colors are checked against the AA contrast standard. Where our brand cyan would be too light against a light background, we use a darker shade for text.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects that setting and stops its animations.
  • Images that carry meaning have written descriptions. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • The site has no audio or video today. If we add any, it will come with captions or a written transcript.
  • You can enlarge text in your browser without content overlapping or getting cut off.
  • Nothing plays sound on its own, and nothing will start playing unless you choose to start it.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site come from other companies, and we cannot change how those parts are built. Here is what we know about and what you can do instead.

  • Appointment booking. The booking calendar is an embedded widget from our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel, served from links.aivantedge.com. We do not control its code or its accessibility. If the calendar is hard to use, call us at 786-231-1601 or email hector@aivantedge.com and we will book the time for you.
  • Voice AI demo. The Voice AI demo on the site today is a scripted written sample on the Voice AI page, which a screen reader can read like any other text. If we add a live voice demo or a recorded call, it will be provided through a third-party voice vendor, and we will name the vendor here before it goes live. If a phone conversation is not accessible to you, ask us for a transcript or a written walkthrough of what the demo does.

Assistive technology and browsers

The site is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, on desktop and mobile.

It is built to work with common screen readers such as NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and TalkBack on Android. You can navigate the site with a keyboard alone, except the third-party pieces listed under Known limitations.

Older browsers that no longer receive updates may not display the site correctly.

Feedback and contact

If you hit a barrier on this site, or you have a suggestion, tell us. Email hector@aivantedge.com or call 786-231-1601. It helps if you mention the page you were on and the browser or assistive technology you were using, but that is not required.

We respond within two business days. If a fix takes longer than that, we will tell you where things stand.

If any information on this site is not accessible to you, we will provide it in another format on request, such as plain text by email or a walkthrough over the phone.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time task. We review the site against the measures above on every release, and we update this statement when something changes, including when we add new features, the planned Spanish version of the site, or new embedded tools.
