Charging $997 means the report has to be worth $997 on its own. And the fee is credited in full toward any package you sign within 30 days, so if you do move forward, it cost you nothing extra.
I've been burned by an agency before. What's different?
We start with a diagnosis you can read, not a retainer. Prices are fixed and published. Setup fees are never waived and never marked up so they can be discounted. And we don't publish fake photos or invented results, for you or for us.
What if there is nothing to fix?

Does anything get installed?
No. Nothing is built, connected, or switched on during the assessment. No software, no new phone number, no automations. If the roadmap points to a build, that is a separate decision you make after reading the report.
What do I need to bring?
Your own numbers, roughly: how many calls and web inquiries come in, how many turn into booked jobs, your average ticket, how you follow up on quotes today, and how many Google reviews you have. Estimates are fine. The projection is only as good as its inputs, so we tell you where a guess is doing the work.
What happens after the report?
