Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AiVantEdge collects when you visit aivantedge.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we do not collect much.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to www.aivantedge.com, our booking pages on links.aivantedge.com, and the text messages and emails we send you after you contact us through the site.

Aivantedge, which does business as AiVantEdge, is a veteran-owned company based in Miami, Florida, and owned by Hector Perez. When this policy says "we", "us", or "our", it means Aivantedge.

This is a business-to-business site. The services we sell are covered by separate written agreements, and those agreements describe how we handle client data during an engagement. This policy covers the website and the inquiries that come through it.

The site is currently in English. A Spanish version is planned. If the two versions ever differ, the English version controls.

Information you give us

You can browse the site without giving us anything. There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments on the site.

Our contact form also shows two SMS consent checkboxes. Both are unchecked by default, and you decide whether to tick either one. The SMS section below explains what each box means.

When you book an appointment through the calendar on links.aivantedge.com, we collect the time you pick and the contact details the calendar asks for, usually your name, email, and phone.

The Voice AI sample on the site is a scripted simulation rendered by our own site; using it sends nothing to anyone. If we publish a demo phone number, calling it connects you to our AI receptionist, which runs on a third-party voice platform (Thinkrr.ai) that records and transcribes the call to operate it. AiVantEdge may receive those transcripts; we keep them no longer than 90 days and delete them sooner on request. Do not share anything on a demo call that you would not want in a transcript.

Here is exactly what our contact form asks for (shorter versions of the form on some pages omit the message box):

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work email
  • Mobile phone
  • Business name
  • A free-text message describing what you need

Information collected automatically

Analytics. We plan to use Google Analytics 4 from launch to understand how people use the site in aggregate: which pages get visited, how long people stay, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices and browsers they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We look at totals and trends, not at individual visitors.

Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served from our own hosting. Loading them does not send a request to Google or any other third party.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs that record IP addresses, request times, the pages requested, and browser details. We use these to keep the site running and to investigate security problems.

Embedded tools. The booking calendar is loaded from its provider's servers. When you use it, the provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy.

No advertising pixels. We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on the site at launch. If we add one later, such as the Meta Pixel, we will update this policy before it goes live and describe what it does.

How we use information

We use server logs (and, once enabled, aggregate analytics) to see how the site is performing in aggregate, fix problems, and detect misuse. We do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not use your information for anything unrelated to the reason you gave it to us.

We use the information you give us to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments
  • Send the transactional and promotional texts and emails you agreed to
  • Understand which of our services might fit your business before we talk
  • Keep records of the consents you gave and the messages we exchanged
  • Protect the site and our systems against abuse

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (showing you ads on other websites based on what you did here). We do not rent or trade contact lists.

We do use a small number of service providers to run the site and manage inquiries. Each one processes your information on our behalf and under its own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale. If that ever happens, this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Here is who our providers are and what each one does:

  • GoHighLevel (operated by HighLevel Inc., also branded LeadConnector): our CRM. Form submissions are stored here as a contact record, together with a note recording the consents you gave and when. GoHighLevel also powers our booking calendar on links.aivantedge.com and sends our SMS and email messages from our dedicated business number and email address.
  • Vercel: hosts the website and keeps the server logs described above.
  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): aggregate usage measurement, once enabled at launch.
  • Thinkrr.ai: the voice platform behind our AI receptionist and any demo phone line we publish. The provider records and transcribes those calls to operate the service. AiVantEdge may receive transcripts of demo calls, keeps them no longer than 90 days, and deletes them sooner on request. The scripted sample on the site itself is not served by Thinkrr.ai.

The profit leak calculator

The site includes an interactive profit leak calculator. Anything you type into it is calculated in your browser. Nothing is sent to our CRM or saved by us. To let you come back to or share a result, the three slider values are placed in the page's web address; if you reload or follow a link with that address, it appears in ordinary server logs like any other page address.

The calculator applies one published statistic to your own inputs to give a rough picture of how much revenue missed calls might be costing you. That statistic and its source are identified on the calculator page. For comparison, the calculator also shows the monthly price of our Voice AI receptionist. That is a real price, not an illustration, but any purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign with us. The result is an illustration, not a guarantee, a prediction, or financial advice.

How long we keep information

We keep contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate reason to keep them, such as an open inquiry, an active agreement, or a legal or accounting requirement.

We keep records of SMS consent and opt-outs for as long as needed to show that we followed the messaging rules, including after you opt out, so we do not text you again by mistake.

When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it from our CRM unless we need to keep a specific record for legal reasons. In that case we keep only what is required and tell you what we kept.

If we receive a transcript of a Voice AI demo call, we keep it no longer than 90 days and delete it sooner on request.

Aggregate analytics data and server logs are held by the providers named above for limited periods under their own retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You do not need an account to exercise any of these. Email hector@aivantedge.com or call 786-231-1601 and tell us what you want done.

We will confirm it is really you, usually by replying to the email address or phone number already on the record, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot fully honor a request, we will tell you why.

Your choices:

  • Access: ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correction: ask us to fix anything that is wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your contact record.
  • Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message, or ask us to remove your number.
  • Opt out of emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or ask us.
  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) may give you additional rights. Here is the notice it requires, in plain terms.

Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address); professional or employment-related information (your business name and, if you mention it, your role there); commercial information (the services you ask about); internet activity (pages visited, browser and device information); approximate location derived from your IP address; and the content of any message you send us or say on a demo call, which may include an audio recording. We collect these directly from you and from your browser. We do not collect sensitive personal information as the law defines it.

In the past 12 months we disclosed identifiers, contact details, and business information to service providers for business purposes: the CRM and hosting providers named above under Who we share it with. Once analytics is enabled, internet activity will also go to Google Analytics.

Purposes: responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, sending messages you consented to, measuring site usage, securing the site, and keeping records.

No sale or sharing: we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the past 12 months, and we do not do so now. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Your rights: to know what we collect and why; to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of sale or sharing (which does not apply, because we do neither); to limit use of sensitive personal information (which also does not apply); and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to submit a request: email hector@aivantedge.com with the subject line "California privacy request", or call 786-231-1601. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may take up to 45 more days and will tell you why. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request; we will ask for proof that you gave the agent permission.

Non-discrimination: we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or give you a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

Florida residents

The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies to businesses much larger than ours, and we are below its thresholds. We honor the rights it describes anyway. If you live in Florida and want to access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, or opt out of marketing, use the contact details in this policy and we will treat your request the same way we treat any other.

Children

The site is for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted a form, email us and we will delete the record.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. The site is served over HTTPS, access to our CRM is limited to the people who need it, and we rely on established providers that run their own security programs.

No method of transmitting or storing information is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the effective date at the top of the page. If a change is material, for example adding an advertising pixel or collecting a new kind of information, we will post a short note on this page describing what changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies to you.

Contact

Questions, requests, or concerns about privacy go directly to Hector Perez, the owner. Email hector@aivantedge.com or call 786-231-1601. We are based in Miami, Florida, and we respond to privacy requests by email.
