Training

AI only works if your team uses it.

Tools rarely fail on their own. They fail when nobody was shown how to use them, so people work around them. We train your team on the system we set up and on using AI safely in their daily work.

An onboarding call and regular check-ins come with every plan.

The training gap

Owners want help, not another app.

In a 2026 survey of small businesses, most were already using AI, but only a small share had it built into how the business runs. What they asked for was training and help putting it in place.

The same owners were clear about what AI is for: helping the people they have, not replacing them. Training is how that happens.

  • 73%say they would benefit from more access to training and implementation resources.[1]
  • 87%say AI augments rather than replaces employees.[2]
  • 14%say AI is fully embedded in their core operations.[3]

Why AI gets abandoned

Four reasons a good tool stops getting used.

  1. 01

    Nobody was shown how.

The owner saw the demo. The person at the front desk got a login and a "figure it out." A month later, they are back to the old way.

  2. 02

The owner becomes the help desk.

Every question about the new system comes to you, in the middle of a job. Eventually it is faster to stop using it.

  3. 03

    People are nervous about it.

Staff worry about breaking something, saying the wrong thing to a customer, or being replaced. Without a straight answer, they avoid it.

  4. 04

Nobody knows what is safe to paste in.

Customer details, card numbers, medical notes: some things should never go into a public AI tool. Without a clear rule, someone will.

What we train

Three things your team walks away knowing.

The system we set up

  • What the agents do on their own, and what they hand to a person.
  • Reading the inbox, the pipeline, and the calendar.
  • What to do when a customer replies, asks for a person, or opts out.

AI in daily work

  • Using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for quotes, emails, and job write-ups.
  • Writing prompts that sound like your business, not like a robot.
  • What never goes into a public AI tool, written down as a house rule.

Keeping it going

  • Short recorded walkthroughs your team can rewatch.
  • A one-page guide for each job, written for your business.
  • A check-in to answer what came up once the team started using it.

How training runs

Trained on your setup, not a generic course.

  1. Before training

We see how the work is done now

We talk with the people who answer the phone and do the work, so training starts from their day, not from a slide deck.

  2. At launch

We train on your own system

Your team practices on the system we set up for your business, with your services, your calendar, and your messages.

  3. Same week

    We leave it written down

Recorded walkthroughs and one-page guides, so the next new hire learns it without you.

  4. Every check-in

    We check back

Questions get answered on the regular check-in, and the guides get updated when the system changes.

Questions owners ask about training

Do you come to our shop?

For teams in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, workshops can be at your shop or online. Ask on the call and we will plan what fits your schedule.

Can you train us on tools you did not set up?

For the common ones, like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google Workspace, yes. If a tool is a poor fit for what you are trying to do, we will say so.

Will AI replace my staff?

That is not what we set it up to do. The agents take the repetitive work, like answering after hours and sending follow-ups, and hand the rest to your people. Training is how your team learns to work with it.

What if someone new joins the team?

The recorded walkthroughs and one-page guides are theirs to start with, and the next check-in covers anything they still have questions about.

Get your team using it, not working around it.

Tell us how many people need training and what they do. We will tell you what it takes.
