Is my business ready for AI?
Probably not on day one, and that is normal. Most businesses have customers in more than one place and a process nobody wrote down. Getting ready is the first step of every engagement: we organize the customer list, map how a call becomes a job, and talk with your team before anything is built.
Can’t I just do this myself with ChatGPT and the free tools?
Some owners can, and if you have the hours and someone technical, you should. What you pay us for is knowing which tools fit your business, connecting them so every call, text, and booking lands in one place, handling the text-message registration and consent rules, training your team, and keeping it all running as the tools change.
Do you train my team?
Yes. Every plan starts with an onboarding call and continues with regular check-ins, and your team learns what the system does and what it hands to them. Deeper workshops on using AI in daily work are available for the whole team.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. The Voice AI receptionist is available in English and Spanish. Text and email sequences can be written in either language.
