Getting ready

AI runs on your data. Let’s get it in order first.

Customers in three places, a process nobody wrote down, a team nobody asked: that is normal, and it is why most AI projects stall. Getting ready is step one, and we do it with you.

You do not need to clean anything up before you call. Getting ready is the work.

Signs you are not ready yet

If this sounds like your business, you are in good company.

  1. 01

Your customers live in four places.

Phone contacts, a spreadsheet, the invoicing app, and a box of paper. Nobody is sure which list is right, so nobody follows up.

  2. 02

The process lives in your head.

How a call becomes a quote becomes a job was never written down, so nothing can follow it but you.

  3. 03

    Every tool is an island.

The calendar does not talk to the CRM, which does not talk to the invoices. Every handoff is someone retyping something.

  4. 04

    Nobody asked the team.

The people who answer the phone and do the work know exactly where things fall through. They are rarely asked.

How we get you ready

Five steps before any AI goes live.

Nothing is installed that the assessment did not call for, and nothing is built on data we have not cleaned up first.

  1. Gap Check + AiGPA

    Find the gaps

The free Gap Check gives a rough picture in about two minutes. The AiGPA goes area by area with your own numbers and ends in a 90-day roadmap.

  2. During setup

    Organize the data

We import and clean your customer list into one CRM, so every past customer and every open lead is in one place.

  3. During setup

    Map the process

We write down how a call becomes a booked job and set up the pipeline stages to match how you actually sell.

  4. During setup

    Talk with your team

We talk with the people who answer the phone and do the work, so the system fits how the day really goes.

  5. The roadmap

    Pick what AI does first

One leak at a time, biggest first. The rest of the roadmap waits until the first piece is working.

What you have at the end

A business AI can actually run on.

  • One customer list, cleaned up and in one CRM.
  • Your process written down, with pipeline stages to match.
  • A 90-day roadmap of what AI does first, second, and third.
  • A team that knows what is coming, and why.

The AI Profit Gap Assessment

Questions owners ask about getting ready

Do I need to clean things up before I call you?

No. Getting ready is the work, and it is the first part of every engagement. Come as you are.

What if our customer list is on paper?

Then we start there. Going forward, every new customer lands in the CRM, and the old list gets brought in during setup.

How long does getting ready take?

The assessment is one 60-minute session plus the written report. The cleanup and process mapping happen during setup, which for AI Ignite is within 7 business days of your intake form.

Is our data safe?

Your customer data lives in your own CRM account, not in a shared pool, and we never sell it. During setup we only bring in what the system needs to do its job.

Step one takes about two minutes.

The free Gap Check gives you a rough picture of where your business leaks, and what we would look at first.
