For pest control companies

Termite calls come after dark and in two languages. Both get answered.

AiVantEdge builds an AI receptionist and follow-up system for pest control operators. Termite inspection and tenting quote calls are answered in English or Spanish, the property details captured, and the inspection booked on your calendar. Missed calls get a text within seconds, quotes get followed up until they are booked or the customer says no, and every completed treatment triggers a review request.

Voice AI available in English and Spanish. Built for the multi-step tenting sale, not just the first call.

Where pest control companies leak

The first call is easy. The tenting sale is where it gets lost.

  1. 01

    Recurring customers churn quietly

Quarterly and monthly service customers drift away because nobody reminds them, nobody asks them back, and nobody notices until the route has a hole in it.

  2. 02

One missed follow-up loses the whole tenting job

Tent fumigation is a big-ticket, multi-step sale: inspection, quote, agreement, scheduling, prep instructions, the job itself. Drop one step and the customer calls someone else.

  3. 03

Reviews stay flat because nobody asks

The customer is happiest the day the tent comes off and the problem is gone. That is when the review request should go out, and it usually never does.

What the data shows

An anxious caller with termites does not wait for a callback.

  • 78%

of U.S. consumers surveyed said they had abandoned a business after an unanswered call[1]

  • 27%

of inbound calls to home services businesses go unanswered, per call-tracking data[2]

The mechanism

What happens when the termite call comes in at 7:40pm once the system is on

  1. Within seconds

The call is answered in the caller’s language

The Voice AI receptionist picks up in English or Spanish, asks whether it is a house or a building and where it is, and books the inspection on your calendar. If a call is missed, the caller gets a text from your business number within seconds.

  2. Within 2 minutes

The inspection lands in your pipeline

A contact and an opportunity are created with the property details and the stage set to “Inspection booked.” You are notified. The system is configured to send the confirmation inside 2 minutes.

  3. Days 1–30

The quote is chased until it is signed or declined

After the inspection, the quote goes out with a booking link. If it sits, a multi-step text and email sequence follows up. Agreements can be signed on a phone. Prep instructions and reminders go out before the tent goes up. When it comes down, the review request goes out.

    What was installed

    • A CRM with pipelines and calendars built around how tenting is sold, a Voice AI receptionist on the line, automated inbound-message handling, and digital termite agreements, fume logs, and work orders that get signed on a phone

We publish no client numbers — no lead counts, response times, close rates, or revenue. We name the clients who have agreed to be named and describe what we built. Sample calls are on the Voice AI page, and we run a live demo on the call.

Pest control operators ask

Tenting is a multi-step sale. Does the system follow up on the quote, or just answer the phone?

Both. After the inspection, the quote goes out with a booking link. If it sits, a multi-step text and email sequence follows up. Confirmations, prep reminders, and no-show follow-up are automatic. Agreements and work orders can be signed on a phone. Anyone who replies STOP is removed.

Half my callers speak Spanish. Does it work?

The Voice AI receptionist is available in English and Spanish and answers in the language the caller uses. Text and email sequences can be written in either language.

Can it remind recurring-service customers and ask for reviews?

Yes. Every completed job triggers a Google review request; new reviews are monitored on Google and Facebook, an AI drafts a response for your approval, and any review under 4 stars alerts you. Customers who have gone quiet get a one-time reactivation campaign with an offer built for your business.

I already pay for Google Ads and the phone still doesn’t ring enough. Why would this help?

Usually the leak is after the click: slow follow-up, missed reschedules, quotes typed by hand. AI Ignite fixes follow-up on the leads you already pay for. If you genuinely need more volume, AI Growth Engine adds managed Meta ads on top.

Do you show results from other pest control clients?

Not yet. We name the clients who have agreed to be named, like KJC Fumigation, and describe what we built. We don’t publish numbers we can’t stand behind. Sample calls are on the Voice AI page, and we run a live demo on the call.

Where we work

Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

Termite country. The receptionist answers in English and Spanish across all three counties, and the system runs anywhere in the U.S.
