Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the AiVantEdge website at www.aivantedge.com. They do not cover paid services, which are governed by a separate written agreement with each client.
Acceptance and scope
By visiting or using www.aivantedge.com, including links.aivantedge.com and any page, form, calculator, or demo on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply only to the website. If you hire AiVantEdge, the work is governed by a separate written agreement between us. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement controls for the services it covers.
The site is operated by Aivantedge, a veteran-owned business based in Miami, Florida, doing business as AiVantEdge. When we say we, us, or our, we mean Aivantedge. If we publish a Spanish translation of these terms, the English version controls where the two differ.
Who may use the site
This is a business-to-business site. It is meant for owners, managers, and staff of businesses that are looking into marketing, automation, and AI services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or submit a form. The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to act for that company and that it agrees to these terms.
The profit leak calculator
The site includes an interactive profit leak calculator. You type in a few figures about your own business, and it estimates how much revenue you might be missing from missed and unanswered calls.
The calculator works entirely in your browser. What you type is never sent to us or stored anywhere, and we cannot see it.
The calculator sizes missed and unanswered calls only. It does not measure anything else about your business. The results are illustrative and depend entirely on what you enter: they are produced by applying one published third-party statistic, the share of consumers who say they abandoned a business after an unanswered call, to your own numbers. We identify that statistic and its source on the calculator page. We did not produce it and we do not verify it. Your figures, your market, and your operation are different from the average behind it, so your actual results will vary, possibly by a lot.
The calculator also shows the monthly price of our Voice AI receptionist so you can compare it with the estimated leak. That is our real, published monthly price, not an illustration or an assumption. It is not a quote, though. If you buy, the written agreement you sign with us governs the price and everything else about the service.
The output is not a prediction, a forecast, a guarantee, or a promise of what AiVantEdge can achieve for you. It is not financial, accounting, or professional advice. Do not make a business decision on the calculator alone. Use it as a starting point for a conversation.
No professional advice
Everything on the site, including articles, examples, statistics, demos, and calculator results, is general information about marketing, automation, and AI for small businesses. It is not marketing advice tailored to you, and it is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Reading the site does not create a client relationship with AiVantEdge. That only happens when we both sign a written agreement. If you need advice for your specific situation, talk to a qualified professional who knows your business.
Booking and contact
When you submit a contact or booking form, we receive your first name, last name, work email, mobile phone, business name, and whatever you write in the message box. That information goes into our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which is operated by HighLevel Inc. and also appears under the name LeadConnector. We keep a note of exactly which consents you gave and when.
Appointment booking uses a GoHighLevel calendar served from links.aivantedge.com and shown on our pages only after you choose to open it. Booking a time is a request for a conversation, not a contract for services.
After you submit a form, we may reply by email or phone. We may also text you from our dedicated business number, but only if you tick the relevant SMS box on the form. There are two separate boxes, both unchecked by default: one for transactional texts about your inquiry, appointments, and service updates, and one for promotional texts. Agreeing to promotional texts is never a condition of buying anything from us. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

The AI Profit Gap Assessment guarantee
The AI Profit Gap Assessment is a paid assessment of where your business is losing money and what it would cost to fix. It comes with a simple guarantee, stated here so you know what to expect before you buy.
If the assessment does not show you at least one specific place your business is losing money and what it would cost to fix, we refund the fee in full. Ask by email within 30 days of your results session; we refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
The fee is also credited in full toward the setup fee of any AiVantEdge package you sign within 30 days of the results session. A refund and a credit cannot both apply.
The assessment itself is sold under a short written agreement you sign before the discovery call; if that agreement and this page differ, the agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The site and everything on it, including text, graphics, page layouts, code, images, audio and video demos, and the calculator, belong to Aivantedge or to the people who license them to us. The AiVantEdge name, logo, and mark are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.
You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. That is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use. It does not let you copy, republish, sell, or build a product or dataset from our content.
You may not scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to extract content from it, for commercial reuse, resale, competitive analysis, or to train or feed a machine-learning model. Ordinary search engine indexing is fine.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site, we can use them without owing you anything.
Third-party services and links
Parts of the site are provided by other companies, and their own terms and privacy practices apply to what they do. We choose these vendors with care, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
The site also links to outside websites and sources, including the source behind the calculator's statistic. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do. Check their terms and privacy policies before you rely on them.
The third-party services on the site at the moment are:
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc., also branded LeadConnector) runs the booking calendar on links.aivantedge.com and stores form submissions.
- Thinkrr.ai is the voice platform behind the AI receptionist we install for clients and behind any demo phone line we publish; the scripted sample on this site is rendered by our own pages and is not served by Thinkrr.ai. When a demo line exists, the provider records and transcribes those calls to operate the service. AiVantEdge may receive transcripts of demo calls, keeps them no longer than 90 days, and deletes them sooner on request.
- Google Analytics 4 is not yet enabled. If we turn it on, we will update the Privacy Policy and these terms first.
- Vercel hosts the site.
Acceptable use
Use the site for what it is for: learning about AiVantEdge and getting in touch with us. We may limit or block access, without notice, for anyone who breaks the rules below.
While using the site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with the site, its hosting, or the third-party services behind it, or try to get around any security measure or rate limit.
- Submit forms with false information, someone else's contact details, or spam, or book appointments you do not intend to keep.
- Misuse the Voice AI demo, including making repeated or automated calls, using it to harass anyone, feeding it someone else's personal information, or trying to make it say or do something harmful.
- Introduce malware, probe or scan the site for vulnerabilities without our permission, or try to reach systems or data that are not meant for you.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. We do our best to keep it accurate, secure, and online, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your needs.
Statistics we quote on the site, including the one the calculator uses, are reported as published by their original sources. We identify those sources so you can check them. We have not independently verified them and we do not warrant their accuracy or that they still hold today.
Any examples or results we describe reflect specific situations. They are not a promise of what will happen for you.
To the fullest extent Florida law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In plain terms: we do not promise the site or its content is fit for any particular purpose, and published statistics are as reported by their sources.
Limitation of liability
The site is free to use, and that shapes what we can take responsibility for. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Aivantedge, its owner, and anyone working with us or on our behalf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the site, the calculator, the demos, or any third-party service linked from it, even if we were told such damages were possible.
To the same extent, our total liability for any claim connected to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Where Florida law does not allow a limitation above, that limitation applies only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or of someone else's rights leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, including reasonable attorney fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly and cooperate with you in handling it.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. In plain terms: Florida law applies, and any lawsuit about this website happens in Miami-Dade County courts.
This matches the governing law and venue in our client agreements, so there is one set of rules whether you are a visitor or a client.
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add a feature to the site or a new third-party service. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it obvious on the site.
Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site.
